Clear answers about the project, store access, timing, ownership, and how we evaluate the work.

How long does a GEO project take?: A standard project takes six weeks once we have store access, the requested information, and timely reviews and approvals from your team. Custom-built websites may need a longer schedule.
How much does the project cost?: Shopify stores receive a personalized price after completing the quote form. Pricing reflects monthly revenue, catalog size, and sales-channel complexity. A 50% deposit starts the project, with the remaining 50% due when the changes launch.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?: We support Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, and custom platforms. Shopify stores receive an immediate quote. Other platforms receive a reviewed quote so we can account for their access and technical requirements.
What do you change inside the store?: We improve product and site copy, frequently asked questions, cross-channel consistency, informational content, robots.txt, llms.txt, structured product information, and page rendering where the platform allows it.
Do I need to book a call before starting?: You can check your AI Visibility Score, receive a Shopify quote, and pay the deposit online. A free audit and a 30-minute call are also available if you prefer to talk first. We recommend a call before paying a deposit for a custom-built website.
What happens after I pay the deposit?: You receive a welcome email with an intake form. Once you submit it and grant store access, we begin within the same week. The first phase studies your category, reviews, search data, and what customers are saying.
What access do you need to my Shopify store?: We request access to Products; Online Store themes; Online Store blog posts and pages; Online Store navigation; Apps and channels; and Analytics. These permissions let us research, build, deploy, and evaluate the agreed work.
What if my store uses another platform?: Major e-commerce platforms can usually provide the access needed for the project. For a custom-built website, we recommend a call before you pay the deposit so we can review the technical setup. Custom websites may require more than six weeks.
How do you measure the results?: We rerun the AI Visibility Score, compare AI answers before and after deployment, and review store analytics two months after launch. The final review looks at changes in AI-referred traffic and sales alongside the technical and content improvements delivered.
What happens if my store is already well optimized?: If our research shows that we cannot make a meaningful improvement, we tell you and refund the deposit in full. This applies even if the deposit has already been paid.
Who owns the work?: Once the final payment is received, you own the copy, articles, and files we create for your project. The work remains in your store and becomes part of your website.
Can I cancel the project?: You can cancel for a full refund before submitting the intake form. Once the intake form is submitted and work begins, payments are nonrefundable. If our research shows that we cannot make a meaningful improvement, we refund the deposit in full.
How long until AI engines pick up the changes?: It usually takes a few days before the updated website appears in AI answers, since engines often retrieve cached versions of your pages rather than the latest one. Results build over the following weeks as more systems revisit the store. We evaluate performance after two months so the comparison includes enough traffic to be useful.
